When an administrator or agent creates an account/profile in NextQS platform: this data is the identification data basics such as email and full name. They are aware that their profile on the platform will be accessible to all other administrators and agents of the NextQS platform that are part of your organization.
End user and visitor personal data is collected by platform as follows:
When the end user uses the services on the NextQS platform: this data is the basic identification data such as e-mail, cell phone and full name. From them, we can identify the user and visitor, in addition to ensuring greater security and wellness to your needs. End users are aware that your profile on the platform will be accessible to everyone else administrators and agents of the NextQS platform that are part of the organization whose service is being provided.
When visitors access commercial or support pages related to NextQS: information about interaction and access are collected by the company to ensure a better experience when visitor, for business contact or support. These data can deal with the keywords used in a search, pageviews, the URL where the user and visitor they come from, the browser they use and their access IPs, email, phone number and name among others that may be stored and retained for future submissions of platform-related communications NextQS, business contact or support.

The name, email and phone number of administrators, agents and visitors may be transferred to third-party platforms for the purpose of exclusive for commercial or corporate communication automation by NextQS employees and nominated third parties.
Admins and agents have access to personal data between them own and end users to the extent necessary to allow them to manage and perform services through the platform.
Technology providers may be located or have facilities located in different countries. Under these conditions, transferred personal data may be subject to the laws of jurisdictions in which the service provider or its facilities are located.
By accessing our services and providing your information, you are consenting to the processing, transfer and storage of this information in other countries.
SECTION 9 - COOKIES OR NAVIGATION DATA
